Founded by a multidisciplinary team from The Claremont Colleges, Stanford, and UC Berkeley, we represent a new generation of researchers built for a new era of energy infrastructure. As AI drives unprecedented power demand—from gigawatt-scale data centers to grid modernization—the old models of energy analysis are breaking down. Legacy firms rely on historical data; we rely on first-principles thinking and real-time verification.

We saw a market flooded with capital but blinded by complexity. Investors deploying billions into the transition couldn't separate real projects from paper promises. So we built what didn't exist: a research firm that doesn't just write reports—it verifies projects, validates viability, and enables transactions.
